Kobi's autopsy pictures

Unfortunately my vet didn't have time to do the post mortem and another vet I contacted would have done the PM but didn't want me to take pictures. But it is very important for me to see it and take pictures so Pete and I did the PM ourselves, my vet had supplied me with all the right "tools" including needles and suture material. It's the shame because there was so much wrong with Kobi and we probably missed most of it, again I didn't find the adrenal glands but made the mistake and dug the kidneys out before thinking "adrenal glands". Didn't find any insulinomas and the knobbly area I did find will probably turn out to be hyperplasia. Still, they say a picture is worth a thousand words so hopefully people will be able to help me figure out what was wrong with Kobi. And hopefully histopathology will shed light on everything. I wonder why Kobi was full of fluid as it had only started the last 2 weeks of his life. Was it from the heart disease, or maybe from cancer? I still expressed his bladder the night before he was put to sleep and he was very easy to express...

Opening him up with lots of bloody fluid leaking out
